"I didn’t want to take the risk"
I looked around for clear info on their ethical sourcing and couldn’t really find enough to feel comfortable. I’d rather not spend my money here and risk supporting something I wouldn’t be okay with later.

"Decent, but I expected a little more"
I ordered from cobbitaly.com the product is okay. It looks nice enough and does what it’s supposed to do, so at first I was like, yeah, this is fine. But then I started noticing a few parts that feel a bit cheaper than I expected for the price. Not terrible or anything—actually, wait, I don’t want to sound too harsh because it’s not a bad buy. I just wouldn’t say it blew me away. Average overall.

"Checkout Was a Hassle"
I kept trying to check out, but the page was glitching and everything loaded so slowly. After a few tries, I just used my usual mental shortcut: if the checkout is this frustrating, it’s probably not worth the hassle. Annoying experience overall.

"I didn’t find many options"
I went on Cobb Italy hoping to browse a few different styles, but i didn’t see much variety. A lot of the products felt similar to me, and after clicking around for a while, nothing really stood out. I was ready to buy if something caught my eye, but I ended up leaving the site without ordering anything. If you’re looking for a wider selection, it might feel a bit limited.

"Looked good, but my heels are not happy"
These shoes look totally fine, which makes it even more annoying. I wore them for just a short walk and they already started rubbing the back of my heels. Like, I wasn’t even doing anything intense. Frustrating because I wanted to like them, but now I’m stuck dealing with sore heels.

"Said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
I ordered an item because the site showed it was in stock, I think it was last Tuesday or maybe Wednesday. Then after I placed the order, they let me know it wasn’t actually available. Frustrating since it wasted my time, and I probably won’t bother ordering from them again.

"Paying was way more of a hassle than it should be"
I tried placing an order, but the payment options were really limited. None of the ones I usually use were available, and the card checkout had too many steps for something that should be quick. After going through it a few times and getting annoyed, I just gave up. Not a great experience for online shopping

"Customs charges were a frustrating surprise"
I really wish the customs fees had been made clearer upfront. I ended up getting hit with extra charges I wasn’t expecting, and it felt like such a waste of energy having to figure it all out after the fact. Annoying experience overall.

"Returning it was such a hassle"
I tried to exchange my order and thought it would be simple, but no, it turned into this whole annoying back-and-forth. The replies were slow, the return instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept having to follow up just to figure out what was going on. I wanted to give them another chance, actually maybe I was being too patient, but after this I don’t think I’ll order from them again...

"I thought I had a good idea..."
I thought I had a good idea of what I was paying, but then extra costs popped up way too late in the process. if I’d seen the full price upfront, I probably wouldn’t have placed the order. Just felt a bit misleading.

"I was excited to use..."
I was excited to use the promo code, but when I got to checkout, the offer just vanished like it was never there. I tried reaching out to support, but they never got back to me, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. it left me feeling really disappointed and a bit let down.

"Cheap feel, messy stitching"
Not happy with it. At all. The material feels cheap. Not what I expected. The stitching looks rushed too. Loose threads. Uneven spots. After just a little use, it already looks worn out. For the price, I expected way better work. I wouldn’t buy from cobbitaly.com again

"Support could’ve been better"
The site itself was fine to use, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was terrible. But the customer service side was frustrating. Responses were slow, and when I did get answers, they weren’t always that clear or helpful. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get things moving. To be fair, the order did go through, but the support made it more annoying than it needed to be.

"Photos were okay, but the color felt a little off"
I ordered from cobbitaly.com, and based on what I received, the photos were mostly accurate in terms of shape and details. The overall look matched well enough, so when I opened it, there weren’t any major surprises there.

The part that stood out to me was the color. From the pictures online, I expected it to be a bit warmer and brighter, but in person it looked more muted and dull. I can still use it, so it’s not a total miss, but I’d definitely suggest looking closely at the colors before ordering.

"Didn’t feel right at checkout"
I got all the way to checkout, but then I kind of paused. The payment page just didn’t feel very secure to me. Nothing actually happened, to be clear, but I wasn’t comfortable entering my card details there, so I ended up backing out.

"Expected More for the Price"
I was expecting a bit more considering what I paid. The product isn’t terrible, but the quality feels average, and once shipping was added, it definitely didn’t feel like a great deal. I’ve bought similar items elsewhere for less, so compared to what I was hoping for, this was kind of disappointing. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the price came down quite a bit.

Cobb Italy seemed okay overall, but I’ll admit I wasn’t totally sure about it at first lol. The site worked fine and the products looked decent, but some of the info felt a little light.

I would’ve liked to see clearer details about the company, returns, and more real customer reviews. That kind of stuff just makes me feel better before ordering from a brand online.

It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not one where I felt fully confident right away. I might use it again, but I’d probably double-check everything first lol...

"So... I got my item and..."
So... I got my item and the care instructions were really unclear. They were so vague that I felt like I had to guess what I was supposed to do. For the price, I expected way better guidance. I ended up worrying I was going to ruin it after just one wash, which was frustrating. Not happy with this at all.
